摘要
压缩空气的除油和油含量的监测,是对于压缩空气应用中非常重要的点。为了能够实现无油压缩空气的需求,通过凝聚式过滤器,活性炭吸附和无油催化裂解的方法,来对比除油的效果。同时通过油含量检测仪,实时监测油的含量。从而来确保压缩空气的油含量能够满足ISO 8573-1一级油含量的标准。
Oil-free and oil content monitoring of compressed air are the very important points in compressed air applications.In order to realize the requirement of oil-free compressed air,the effects of oil removal by means of filter,activated carbon adsorption and oil-free catalytic cracking were compared in the paper.At the same time,through the oil content detector,real-time monitoring oil content can ensure that the oil content of the compressed air can meet the ISO 8573-1 level 1 oil content standard.
