摘要
增加气量调节系统是炼油厂大型往复压缩机重要的节能措施。本文通过对目前炼油厂主要使用的两种往复式压缩机气量调节方式即可变余隙调节和延时关闭气阀调节进行工作原理、使用情况、受力分析、故障特性及能效等各方面比较,总结各自的优缺点,为用户选定气量调节方式提供辅助参考。
Increasing air volume control system is an important energy saving measure for large reciprocating compressor in oil refinery.In this paper,aiming at the two kinds of reciprocating compressor gas adjustment ways of variable clearance adjustment and delay closing valve adjustment mainly used in current oil refinery,the working principle,usage,stress analysis,failure characteristics and energy efficiency and so on various aspects are compared,the advantages and disadvantages of each are summarized.It has provided auxiliary reference for selecting volume adjustment ways.
