摘要
某煤制油化工公司采用高压管式法技术生产低密度聚乙烯,反应压力最高可达310 MPa,引进瑞士布克哈德超高压压缩机,将一次机出口压力从28 MPa压缩至240~310 MPa。正常生产运行过程中某一段的辅助十字头频繁出现温度较其他段高出很多的问题,甚至触发装置SP3A联锁,停止聚合反应、一次机和二次机循环运转,造成装置短时间停车。针对该压缩机辅助十字头温度异常的原因进行详细分析,从工艺、设备等方面采取了一系列解决措施,有效地降低了该段辅助十字头温度,保证设备长周期运行,确保装置的安全平稳运行。
A coal to liquid chemical company uses high pressure tube technology to produce low density polyethylene,and the highest reaction pressure can be up to 310 MPa.The primary machine outlet pressure is reduced from 28 MPa to 240~310 MPa by introducing the Burckhardt ultrahigh pressure compressor from Switzerland.In the normal production and operation process,the temperature of the auxiliary crosshead in one section is often higher than that in other sections,even triggering the SP3A interlock of the device,stopping the polymerization reaction,circulating operation of the primary and secondary machines,resulting in short-time shutdown of the device.In this paper,the cause of the abnormal temperature of the auxiliary crosshead of the compressor is analyzed in detail,and a series of solutions are taken from the aspects of process and equipment,which effectively reduces the temperature of the auxiliary crosshead,ensures the long-term operation of the equipment,and ensures the safe and stable operation of the device.
