基于分段退步焊接技术的发电厂吸收塔焊接工程施工 被引量:2

摘要 结合榆横发电厂1、2号机组超低排放改造工程1号机组新建B吸收塔实际情况,从罐底、罐壁、罐顶的焊接、焊缝修补四个方面分析了分段退步焊接技术的应用要点。认为发电厂吸收塔安装工程对施工质量的要求比较高,焊接工程量比较大,焊接热变形严重,焊接操作环境比较复杂,传统焊接技术存在较大的局限性,无法满足工程要求,而分段退步焊接技术适应性比较强,可满足发电厂吸收塔安装对焊接技术的要求,合理控制焊接变形,保证焊接质量。该技术值得大范围推广应用。 Combined with the actual situation of the newly built B absorption tower of Unit 1 in the ultra-low emission reconstruction project of Unit 1 and Unit 2 of Yuheng Power Plant,the application points of step-backward welding technology are analyzed from the welding of tank bottom,tank wall,tank top and weld repair.The installation of absorption tower in power plant requires high construction quality,large amount of welding work,serious welding thermal deformation,complex welding operation environment,with complex engineering requirements beyond traditional welding technology.However,the adoption of step-backward welding technology shows strong adaptability,which can meet the installation requirements of the absorption tower in power plant by controlling welding deformation and ensuring welding quality.The technology is worthy of wide application.
