黑龙江省绿色公路评价指标体系研究

An evaluation index system of Heilongjiang provincial green highway

以地域建设发展特色为依据,以国内外研究成果、国内绿色公路发展历程及黑龙江省绿色公路建设情况为研究内容,应用内容分析法提取与统计绿色公路相关的高频关键词,以此构建了一个包括4个一级指标、14个二级指标的黑龙江省绿色公路评价指标体系。采用主成分分析法对二级指标项的相关性进行分析,找出核心指标项,为黑龙江省绿色公路规划与建设工作提供了参考。

Based on the characteristics of regional construction and development,the research results at home and abroad,the development process of green roads in China,and the construction situation of green roads in Heilongjiang province,the content analysis method is used to extract the high frequency keywords related to the green road,and a green road evaluation index system in Heilongjiang province is constructed with 4 primary indexes and 14 secondary indexes.The principal component analysis method is used to analyze the correlation of the secondary index items,so as to identify key indexes,which provides a reference for the planning and construction of green road in Heilongjiang province.
