摘要
针对某船用高速柴油发电机组在起动时出现的气马达打齿故障,从气马达设计、相关零部件质量和安装工艺等方面进行了全面排查。结果表明:不当安装工艺导致气马达的啮合间隙异常,进而引发打齿故障。通过工艺改进和验证,上述问题得以解决。
Aiming at the gear tooth breakage of a gas motor in a marine high-speed diesel generator set during the start-up,comprehensive investigation was carried out on the aspects of gas motor design,components quality and assembly process.The results showed that wrong installation method led to abnormal meshing gap of the gas motor,which finally resulted in gear tooth breakage.The assembly process was modified and verified,and the fault has never occurred again.
