摘要
目的:观察白芷-川芎药对的镇痛作用及其作用机制。方法:采用醋酸致小鼠扭体实验,记录小鼠15min内的扭体次数,ELISA法检测小鼠脑组织中5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量,Western blot法检测小鼠脑组织中多巴胺(DA)蛋白表达。结果:白芷-川芎药对能显著减少小鼠扭体次数,降低PGE2含量,增加5-HT、DA水平和表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:白芷-川芎药对具有镇痛作用,其机制可能与促进5-HT、DA的释放,抑制PGE2的合成有关。
Objectives To observe the effect and mechanism of Chuanxiong rhizoma-Angelicae dahuricae radix herb pair on analgesic.Methods Acetic acid induced writhing test was used to record the writhing times in 15 minutes.The contents of 5-HT and PGE2 in brain tissue were detected by ELISA,and the expression of DA in brain tissue was detected by Western blot.Results Chuanxiong rhizoma-Angelicae dahuricae radix herb pair could significantly reduce the writhing times of mice,reduce the content of PGE2,and increase the level and expression of 5-HT and DA(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Chuanxiong rhizoma-Angelicae dahuricae radix herb pair has significant analgesic effect,and its mechanism may be related to promoting the release of 5-HT and DA and inhibiting the synthesis of PGE2.
