网果酸模质量标准研究

Study on Radix and Rhizome of Rumex chalepensis Mill.Quality Standard

目的:对网果酸模进行质量标准研究。方法:建立网果酸模的性状、显微及薄层鉴别方法,并按《中国药典》2015年版有关规定对水分、灰分和酸不溶性灰分等项目进行了测定。结果:网果酸模的薄层色谱中,在与对照品色谱相同位置上显相同颜色的荧光斑点。水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物范围分别为5.60%~6.58%、4.00%~7.26%、0.96%~3.93%、18.94%~25.94%。结论:该标准可用于网果酸模药材的质量控制。

Objective To study the quality standard of Rumex chalepensis Mill..Methods Establish the identification,microscopic and thin layer identification methods of Rumex chalepensis Mill.,and determine the items of moisture,ash and acid-insoluble ash according to the relevant provisions of the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Result In the thin layer chromatography of Rumex chalepensis Mill.,fluorescent spots of the same color appeared at the same position as the reference substance chromatography.The range of moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extractives are 5.60%~6.58%,4.00%~7.26%,0.96%~3.93%,18.94%~25.94%respectively.Conclusion The standard established by the institute can be used for the quality control of Rumex chalepensis Mill..
