摘要
目的通过分析90例中国境外输入性新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者的临床特征,方便临床预判和治疗。方法选取2020年2~3月份在我院收治的90例中国境外输入性COVID-19患者为研究对象,分为亚裔、非裔及欧美裔三个人群,通过对比三个人群的临床症状、血检结果、胸部CT及治疗方法等,分析本次中国境外输入性COVID-19的临床特征。结果90例COVID-19患者平均年龄(35.91±11.91)岁,临床症状主要表现为发热(28例)、咳嗽(36例)、咽喉不适(27例)、咳痰(18例),分别占比为31%、40%、30%、20%;亚裔人群CRP、SAA、IL-6均较非亚裔人群升高更明显,胸部CT主要表现为双肺多发多叶段、位于支气管血管束周围的磨玻璃影或实变影,而亚裔人群比非亚裔人群更容易出现累及双肺的多发病灶。结论本次我院收治的中国境外输入性COVID-19患者中,亚裔、非裔及欧美裔人群的临床表现、炎症指标及胸部CT改变有所不同,相比而言,亚裔人群炎症指标升高、胸部CT的肺部病变更明显,但绝大部分患者预后良好。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of 90 cases of imported new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)patients in China,in order to benefit clinical prediction and treatment.Methods 90 patients with imported COVID-19 outside China who were admitted to our hospital from February to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into three groups:Asians,Africans and Euro-americans according to their origins.Clinical symptoms,blood tests,chest CT and treatment methods were compared to analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with imported COVID-19 outside China.Results The average age of patients was(35.91±11.91)years old.The clinical symptoms were mainly fever,cough,throat discomfort,and expectoration.The value of CRP,SAA,and IL-6 of the Asian population were more significantly increased than those of the non-Asian population.The chest CT mainly showed multiple multi-lobed segments of the lungs,ground glass shadows and consolidation shadows around the bronchial vascular bundle.The Asian population was more likely to have multiple lesions than the non-Asian population.Conclusion There are differences in clinical manifestations,inflammatory indicators and CT images among Asian,African and Euro-american patients with imported COVID-19 outside China.The Asian patients have higher inflammatory indicators and more obvious changes in CT images,but most patients have a good prognosis.
