疫情防控期间广州市特殊教育教师在线专业活动调查分析

摘要 为全面深入了解疫情防控期间特殊教育教师在线开展教学康复指导、参与教科研、培训等专业活动的情况,并对疫情后教师在线专业成长的趋势与策略进行探讨,通过自编问卷对1394位特殊教育教师进行了调查,开展了三场分类访谈活动。结果发现,疫情防控期间,特殊教育教师在线专业活动频次突增,信息技术水平快速提高;不同类型教师对在线专业活动的态度不一致,反映了在线专业活动成效与教师综合能力的相关性;教师组织与参与在线专业活动最大的障碍是对成员间互动体验的不满,为后续在线专业活动方式的改进提供了方向;教师对疫情后开展在线专业活动的态度比较消极,从而对特殊教育教师专业能力结构的研究与在职培训内容的优化提出了新的要求。 In order to fully understand the situation of special education teachers’ online instruction of teaching and rehabilitation, participation in scientific research, training and other professional activities during epidemic prevention and control period, meanwhile to discuss the trend and strategy of teachers’ online professional growth after the epidemic, three classified interview activities were conducted by a self-compiled questionnaire to investigate 1394 special education teachers. The results show that, during the epidemic prevention and control period, the frequency of online professional activities of special education teachers increases rapidly, and the level of information technology is also improved quickly;different types of teachers have different attitudes towards online professional activities, which reflects the correlation between the effectiveness of online professional activities and the comprehensive ability of teachers;the biggest obstacle for teachers to organize and participate in online professional activities is dissatisfaction with the interactive experience among members, which provides a direction for the improvement of the following online professional activities;teachers have a negative attitude towards online professional activities after the epidemic, which puts forward new requirements for the research on the professional competence structure of special education teachers and the optimization of in-service training content.
