摘要
为探讨入户式母婴互动策略教育对自闭症谱系障碍婴幼儿母亲的亲职压力和育儿效能感的干预效果,选取29对(实验组14对,对照组15对)被诊断为自闭症谱系障碍或疑似自闭症谱系障碍的26—33个月的婴幼儿及其母亲为研究对象。研究者为母亲提供每周一次时长为60—90分钟的互动策略教育课程,共计10次。研究通过"事前-事后"随机对照研究设计,了解实验组和对照组母亲的亲职压力和育儿效能感的变化是否存在显著性差异。独立样本t检验结果显示,与对照组相比,实验组的母亲在事前-事后亲职压力和育儿效能感上的变化均有统计学意义上的减少和增加,表明入户式母婴互动策略教育可以有效减少自闭症谱系障碍婴幼儿母亲的亲职压力,增加育儿效能感。
This paper discusses the intervention effect of home visit mother-infant interaction strategy education on parenting stress and parenting efficacy of mothers of infants with autism spectrum disorder. 29 pairs(14 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group) of infants aged 26-33 months with ASD or suspected ASD and their mothers were selected as study subjects. The researchers provided mothers with an interactive strategy education course of 60-90 minutes once a week for 10 weeks. The study is designed to investigate whether there are significant differences in mothers’ parental stress and parenting efficacy between the experimental group and the control group through pre-post randomized controlled study design. The independent sample t test results show that, compared with the control group, the changes in the pre-post parental stress and parenting efficacy of the mothers in the experimental group are both significantly reduced and increased, indicating that the home visit mother-infant interaction strategy education can effectively reduce the parenting stress of mothers of infants with ASD and increase the parenting efficacy.
