摘要 在高压气井带压作业过程中,管柱受到高内压、拉伸等多种耦合载荷作用,容易发生爆裂、挤坏等。采用几何非线性梁单元进行带压作业管柱受力变形分析并建模,基于实测井眼轨迹进行高压气井带压作业管柱力学分析,同时考虑各种影响因素的综合作用,以确定施工作业机对管柱的许用下压力,从而得到管柱安全作业的载荷范围。JY5-1HF井的实例计算,得到管柱安全作业的载荷范围,为管柱力学分析的现场应用提供指导。 During snubbing operation in a high pressure gas well,the string is subjected to multiple coupling loads,such as high internal pressure and tensile force,and is prone to bursting and collapsing.The geometrical non-linear beam element is used to analyze and model the deformation of the string under pressure,the mechanical analysis of the string under pressure is carried out on the basis of the measured wellbore trajectory,and the various influencing factors are taken into account to determine the allowable downforce of the operation unit on the string,so as to obtain the load range of the safe operation of the string.Through actual calculation of Well JY5-1HF,the load range of the safe operation of the string is obtained,which provides guidance for the field application of the mechanical analysis of the string.
