八面河油田水质影响因素及处理措施

Influencing Factors and Treatment Measures of Water Quality in Bamianhe Oilfield

针对八面河油田水质问题,从工艺流程、现场管理、药剂投加等影响水质达标的因素分析原因,主要受沉降、过滤、加药工艺及二次污染等影响,可采取加强污水站管理落实各项制度、开展技术改造提升工艺适应性、优化加药工艺方案稳定药剂效果、开展腐蚀综合治理工作提高沿程水质等解决措施,提高水质达标率。

In view of such factors affecting water quality as process flow,field management,chemical dosing and others in Bamianhe oilfield including settling,filtration,dosing process and secondary pollution,such measures can be taken to increase the water qualification rate as stepping up the sewage station management and implementing various systems,carrying out technical renovation to improve the adaptability of the process,optimizing the chemical efficacy of the dosing process,and achieving comprehensive corrosion control to improve the progressive water quality.
