摘要
可试压趾端滑套与常规滑套相比.具有延时功能,能够满足整个井筒试压的需要,其作为分段压裂技术中的关键工具,国内的研究尚处于起步阶段。借鉴国外公司的研究成果,介绍该工具延时功能、内套定位机构、密封方式、循环孔尺寸及滑套包覆层等关键技术的设计,结合现场工艺情况,针对8"井眼下的5"套管,通过相关计算软件,确定可试压趾端滑套的具体结构,优化相关尺寸,为后期该技术的进一步研发提供参考。
Compared with the conventional slide sleeve,the pressure-test toe-end sliding sleeve has a delay function and can meet the needs of the whole wellbore pressure test,which is in the fledgling period of research in China as a key tool of staged fracturing technology.Based on the research results of foreign companies,this paper introduces the design of the key technologies such as the delay function of the tool,the positioning mechanism of the inner sleeve,the sealing mode,the size of the circulation hole and the cladding layer of the sliding sleeve.For the 8〃borehole in the 5〃casing,the relevant calculation software can be used to determine the specific structure of the pressure-test toe-end sliding sleeve and optimize the relevant dimensions,so as to provide reference for further research and development of this technology in the later stage.
