Research on Eliminating Abnormal Noise of Engine Camshaft

本文针对发动机凸轮轴啸叫异响课题,通过调整Adcole测量设备工作参数快速形成凸轮轴振纹图形,对零件进行对比判断,找出了异响的原因,并优化凸轮轴磨削参数,消除表面振纹,彻底解决啸叫异响。

This paper aims at the problem of engine camshaft squealing and abnormal noise,rapid formation of camshaft vibration pattern by adjusting Adcole equipment parameters,compare and judge the parts,find out the cause of the abnormal noise.The grinding parameters of camshaft are optimized,eliminate surface chatter,eliminate abnormal noise completely.
