重型柴油机尾气后处理技术研究现状及趋势 被引量:11

摘要 国六法规对重型柴油机PM和NOX排放提出了严苛要求,尾气后处理技术已成为重型柴油机满足最新法排放法规的必然途径。本文在分析重型柴油机法规进程的基础上,总结了国六背景下重型柴油机尾气后处理技术路线,并分别从重型柴油机PM和NOX控制技术角度阐述了柴油机氧化催化器DOC、颗粒捕集器DPF以及选择性催化还原技术SCR研究现状及发展趋势,结合国六需求提出了重型柴油机PM和NOX协同控制技术的相关见解和思考。 The China VI emission regulation put forwards stringent requirements for PM and NOX emissions from heavy-duty diesel engines.The exhaust after-treatment technologies have become an inevitable way for heavy-duty diesel engines to meet the latest emission regulations.Based on the analysis of the emission regulations process for heavy-duty diesel engines,this paper summarizes the technical route of heavy-duty diesel engine exhaust after-treatment system under the background of the China VI emission regulation,in addition,this paper elaborates research status of the exhaust emission after-treatment technologies including diesel oxidation converter(DOC),diesel particulate filter(DPF)and selective catalytic reduction(SCR)as well as the development trend.Finally,combining with the demand of China VI emission regulation,this paper put forward some opinions and thoughts on the collaborative control technology for PM and NOX of heavy-duty diesel engines.
