基于CDIO理念的数控铣实训教学改革与实践

摘要 数控铣实训课程是数控技术应用专业的核心课程,针对课程教学中存在的问题及教学改革方向,结合“做中学,学中做,做中教”的一体化教学模式,将CDIO教育理念融入数控铣实训课程的教学和评价过程中,将其分为构思、设计、实现、运作四个阶段来完成,课堂教学中灵活应用多种教学方法和教学手段,从多方面评价学生能力的达成度。实践证明,该项教学改革让学生运用工程实践的思路分析问题、解决问题,既能培养学生的专业素养、实际动手能力,又能培养学生的职业工作能力、团队协作能力,取得了良好的效果。 Numerical control milling training course is the core course of numerical control technology application major.Aiming at the existing problems in curriculum teaching and the direction of teaching reform,Combined with the integrated teaching mode of"learning by doing,learning by doing and teaching by doing",The CDIO education concept was integrated into the teaching and evaluation process of numerical control milling training course.In classroom teaching,a variety of teaching methods and means are applied flexibly to evaluate students'ability from various aspects.Practice has proved that this teaching reform enables students to analyze and solve problems with the ideas of engineering practice,which can not only cultivate students'professional quality and practical ability,but also cultivate students'professional work ability and teamwork ability,and has achieved good results.
