Standard interpretation of GB/T 12753—2020 steel wire ropes for conveyer belts

介绍GB/T 12753—2020《输送带用钢丝绳》标准修订的背景和内容,增加和调整了钢丝绳级别,修改为Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级4种,钢丝的公称抗拉强度调整为2260、2360、2460、2560 MPa,锌层重量取消了H级,最小锌层重量级符号改为30δ为M级,60δ为N级,修订了钢丝绳破断拉力及参考重量。本标准修订后提升输送带钢丝绳整体水平,促进输送带行业的技术进步。

To introduce background and content of GB/T 12753—2020 steel wire rope for conveyor belt standard revision,the wire rope grade is increased and adjusted,it is modified toⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ four grade,nominal tensile strength of steel wire is changed to 2260,2360,2460,2560 MPa.Zinc layer weight canceled class H,minimum zinc layer weight grade symbol is changed 30δ for M grade,60δ for N grade,the wire rope breaking force and reference weight are revised.After the revision of standard,the overall level of conveyor belt wire rope is improved to promote technical progress of conveyor industry.
