摘要
药芯焊丝焊缝金属中的扩散氢容易导致焊缝变脆、产生裂纹、白点等现象,危害焊缝性能。作为重要的焊接材料,药芯焊丝在生产及焊接过程中有多种因素导致扩散氢增多现象,其中包括钢带表面清洁度、粉料中的水分、轧制拉拔过程、焊接工艺参数等。对这些因素进行合理控制,可大大降低扩散氢对焊缝的危害。
The diffusion hydrogen in flux-cored wire weld metal is easy to lead to phenomenon of weld embrittlement,crack and hydrogen white spot,which is harm to weld properties.As important welding material,there are many factors that lead to increase of diffused hydrogen in production and welding process of flux-cored wire,including surface cleanliness of steel strip,moisture in powder,rolling and drawing process,welding parameters and so on.Reasonable control of these factors can greatly reduce the harm of diffused hydrogen to weld.
