前列腺癌组织中驱动蛋白5的表达及其与5年进展和生化复发的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨前列腺癌组织中驱动蛋白5(Eg5)的表达及其与5年进展和生化复发的关系。方法从浙江大学医学院附属金华医院2001至2011年收集的病理组织库标本中选取前列腺癌组织标本65例和前列腺增生组织标本38例,采用免疫组化SP法检测Eg5蛋白表达,比较前列腺增生组织与前列腺癌组织中Eg5蛋白阳性表达率,分析不同临床病理特征的前列腺癌患者癌组织中Eg5蛋白阳性表达率以及其与累计5年进展及生化复发的关系。结果前列腺癌组织中Eg5蛋白阳性表达率为69.23%,明显高于前列腺增生组织中的阳性表达率15.79%(P<0.05)。不同Gleason评分、临床分期以及有无5年进展、5年生化复发的患者前列腺癌组织中Eg5蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Eg5蛋白表达阳性患者累计5年进展及生化复发率均明显高于Eg5蛋白表达阴性患者(均P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌组织中Eg5蛋白呈高表达,其表达与前列腺癌Gleason评分、临床分期、5年进展及生化复发有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of kinesin-5(Eg5)and its relationship with the 5 years progression and biochemical recurrence in prostate cancer.Methods Sixty-five tissue specimens of prostate cancer and 38 specimens of benign prostatic hyperplasia in Affiliated Jinhua Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine were collected.The Eg5 protein expression were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The correlation of Eg5 expression with clinicopatholog-ical characteristics of prostate cancer and the 5-year progression,5-year biochemical recurrence was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Eg5 protein in prostate cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in prostate hyperplasia tissues(69.23%vs 15.79%,P<0.05).Eg5 positive expression rates were significantly correlated with Gleason scores,clinical stages,5-year progression and 5-year biochemical recurrence(all P<0.05).The cumulative progression rate and biochemical recurrence rate of patients with positive Eg5 expression were significantly higher than those of negative Eg5 expression(both P<0.05).Conclusion Eg5 protein is highly expressed in prostate cancer tissues,and its expression is related to Gleason score,clinical stage,5-year clinical progression and 5-year biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer.
