智能制造企业的生产模式、岗位能力需求发生重大变化,企业更加需求多元化、复合型人才。明确了高职机电一体化技术专业复合型人才内涵,调研分析了智能制造型企业对毕业生的能力要求,提出了高职机电一体化技术专业复合型人才培养目标,基于专业基础知识、专项技术学习、综合实践模块强化、工程实践项目提升,构建了“核心技术技能+X”课程体系,培养学生具备现代科技理念、综合人文素质、创新能力和工程实践能力。
