钨冶炼行业清洁生产评价指标体系探讨

Indicator System of Clean Production in Tungsten Metallurgy

清洁生产是实现经济与环境可持续发展的关键措施,建立钨冶炼清洁生产评价指标体系对行业清洁生产进行量化指标考核,实现钨冶炼行业经济发展与环境保护的双赢具有十分深远的战略意义。本文在我国钨冶炼行业工艺及清洁生产现状分析的基础上,研究国内外产业、产品政策及标准文件,提出了钨冶炼行业清洁生产评价指标体系,为钨冶炼企业的清洁生产审核提供参考;另根据新建立的钨冶炼行业清洁生产评价指标体系对国内某钨冶炼企业进行了应用验证与结果评价,结果表明:该企业满足国内钨冶炼行业Ⅲ级清洁生产水平。

Cleaner production is the key measure to realize the sustainable development of economy and environment.It is of far-reaching strategic significance to establish an evaluation index system of cleaner production in tungsten smelting to assess the quantitative index of cleaner production in the industry and achieve a win-win situation between economic development and environmental protection in tungsten smelting industry.On the basis of analyzing the process and cleaner production status of tungsten smelting industry in China,we put forward the evaluation index system of cleaner production in tungsten smelting industry.It provides reference for cleaner production of tungsten smelting enterprises.The application of cleaner production assessment indicator system to a tungsten smelting enterprise results show that the enterprise meets the ClassⅢclean production level.
