摘要 近20年来,远程医疗在卒中救治领域中的应用方兴未艾,现已逐步趋向成熟。国外相继启动了一系列远程卒中项目,并制定出具体实践指南,而我国的远程卒中发展相对落后,但在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间发挥了重要作用,未来可期。随着近年来我国逐步建立起卒中救治体系,将远程医疗应用于卒中救治体系成为提高卒中患者救治效率的一种新模式,同时远程医疗已在公众教育到卒中后康复等多个方面发挥重要作用。然而,目前远程医疗尚有待解决政策、技术及推广等方面的难题,以求更好地发挥在卒中救治中的作用,优化卒中救治体系。 In the past 20 years,the application of telemedicine in stroke care is still growing,and now it has gradually matured.A series of telestroke projects have been successively launched and some practical guidelines have been published in the foreign countries.However,although the development of telestroke in China is relatively backward,it plays a critical role during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic and it shows a promising prospect.With the gradual establishment of stroke care system in China in recent years,the application of telemedicine in stroke care system became a new model to improve stroke care efficiency,at the same time telemedicine also plays an important role in other aspects such as public awareness education and stroke rehabilitation.Nevertheless,the current telemedicine still face many challenges such as related policy,technology and promotion,which are to be solved to optimize stroke care system and make it play a more important role.
