摘要
采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、MCI柱和Pre-HPLC等色谱方法,对海南蕊木总生物碱进行分离纯化,共分离鉴定12个吲哚生物碱.根据理化性质、UHPLC-MS/MS、NMR等现代波谱技术,对分离得到的生物碱进行结构鉴定,分别为(-)-eburnamenine(1)、O-Methyl-vincanol(2)、epivincanol(3)、picralinal(4)、5-methoxystrictamine(5)、leuconolam(6)、kopsinine(7)、(-)-aspidofractinine(8)、(2β,5β)-aspidofractinin-16-ol(9)、pleiomalicine(10)、dihydrocorynantheol(11)、vincadiffine(12).其中生物碱4、5和10~12为首次从蕊木属中分离得到.
Twelve indole alkaloids were isolated from Kopsia.hainanensis Tsiang total alkaloids by a combination of various chromatography techniques,including silica gel,sephadex LH-20,MCI gel and pre HPLC techniques.Their structures were elucidated by the comprehensive analysis of UHPLC-MS/MS and NMR data.Twelve indole alkaloids were isolated and elucidated as(-)-eburnamenine(1),O-Methyl-vincanol(2),epivincanol(3),picralinal(4),5-methoxystrictamine(5),leuconolam(6),kopsinine(7),(-)-aspidofractinine(8),(2β,5β)-aspidofractinin-16-ol(9),pleiomalicine(10),dihydrocorynantheol(11)and vincadiffine(12).Among them,alkaloids 4,5 and 10~12 are isolated from Kopsia for the first time.
