36个结球甘蓝农艺性状的相关性及聚类分析

Correlation and Cluster Analysis of Agronomic Characters of 36 Cabbage Cultivars

对36个结球甘蓝品种的17个农艺性状进行田间调查和相关分析,并用系统聚类法进行了聚类分析。试验结果表明,在结球甘蓝的17个农艺性状中,数量性状的变异系数均较小,质量性状的变异系数则较大;株幅(影响栽培密度)与株高、外叶长、外叶宽、单株总质量、叶球横径呈极显著正相关,叶球质量(与产量有关)与株幅、外叶长、外叶宽、单株总质量、叶球横径、中心柱粗呈极显著正相关;36个品种可分为两大类,一类为圆球形品种,另一类为扁球形品种,扁球形又可细分为3类,一类顶部为阔圆形,一类植株高、株幅大、叶球大、单株总质量大,一类各性状表现比较中庸。

Field investigation and correlation analysis of 17 agronomic characters of 36 cabbage cultivars were carried out,and cluster analysis was carried out by system cluster method.The results showed that among the 17 agronomic characters of cabbage,the coefficient of variation of quantitative characters was small,while that of quality characters was large.The plant width(affecting the planting density)was very significantly positively correlated with plant height,outer leaf length,outer leaf width,total plant weight,and cabbage head diameter,and the cabbage head weight(related to yield)was very significantly positively correlated with plant width,outer leaf length,outer leaf width,total weight per plant,cabbage head diameter and center column thick.The 36 cultivars could be divided into two categories,one is spheroidal type,and the other type is oblate-globular,which can be subdivided into three types:the first type is broad and round at the top,the second type is tall,large in width and leaf bulb,gross weight per plant,and the third type is moderate.
