我国职业教育集团化办学的现状、问题与对策研究 被引量:9

摘要 基于全国职业教育集团化办学统计与公共服务平台的118个职业教育集团化办学的典型案例,运用内容分析法对其成立形式、集团类型、成员构成、牵头单位、管理和运行机制以及现存问题进行研究发现:我国职业教育集团的成立形式以批准成立为主,绝大多数职业教育集团是行业型和区域型,促进教育链与产业链融合的局面已基本形成,牵头成立单位多为中高职,基本建立了由决策、组织协调和执行组成的三层级组织构架,但知与行、建与用、责与利等矛盾并存。培育多元集团、建立对话机制、完善扶持政策等措施有利于破解当前职业教育集团发展的困境。 Based on the 118 typical cases of vocational education collectivization of national vocational education statistics and public service platform,this paper uses content analysis method to study its establishment form,group type,member composition,leading unit,management and operation mechanisms as well as existing problems.It shows that the establishment form of Vocational Education Group in China is mainly approval,and most of groups are industrial and regional.The education chain and industrial chain has been basically integrated,the leading units are mostly secondary and higher vocational colleges,which have basically established a three-level organizational structure of decisionmaking,organization coordination and implementation,but there are contradictions between knowledge and practice,construction and use,responsibility and benefit.Measures such as cultivating multiple groups,establishing a dialogue mechanism and improving supporting policies are conducive to solving the dilemma of the current development of vocational education groups.
