EPR核电机组ATD再热器管子管板焊接工艺

摘要 为研究EPR核电机组ATD再热器设备中不锈钢管子与管板平齐式接头结构的焊接工艺,采用与产品相同的材料、结构及焊接设备进行自动钨极氩弧焊试验,通过焊前机械胀接定位管子、优化定位芯套尺寸保证钨极定位精度,选择合理焊接参数得到了成形良好的焊缝;焊后经氦检漏、RT检测合格后进行拉脱力及宏观检查,结果满足产品技术条件的要求,为产品的生产制造提供技术支持。 In order to study the welding procedure of the flush joint of the stainless steel tube and tube sheet in the ATD of the EPR nuclear power unit,the same material,structure and welding equipment as the product were used in automatic tungsten arc welding test.Mechanical expansion before welding fixed tube,optimizing the positioning core sleeve size to ensure the tungsten position and selecting a reasonable welding parameter were carried out to obtain a well-formed weld.After welding,the helium leak detection and RT test were passed,the results of the push-out test and macro-examination met the product technical specification,which provided technical support for product manufacturing.
