聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫的阻燃改性研究

摘要 选用多磷酸铵与氨基磺酸胍作为复合型无卤阻燃剂,PMMA作为增粘剂对PMI泡沫进行了阻燃改性,制备了无卤阻燃型PMI泡沫,以此为芯材制备了玄武岩/PMI复合板。结果显示,多磷酸铵与氨基磺酸胍质量比为7.5:2.5时阻燃效果最佳,与常规PMI泡沫相比,阻燃型PMI泡沫力学性能有所降低,但耐蠕变性能和阻燃性能有大幅度的提高,LOI由21增至27;玄武岩/PMI复合板与传统的铝蜂窝复合材料相比,在抗压强度接近的情况下减重28%。 The halogen-free flame-retardant PMI foam was prepared with ammonium polyphosphate and guanidine sulfamate as the halogen-free flame retardant and PMMA as the tackifier.Using which as the core material,the basalt fiber/PMI foam composite board was prepared successfully.The results showed that,the flame retardant effect was the best when the mass ratio of ammonium polyphosphate and guanidine sulfamate was 7.5:2.5.Compared with conventional PMI foam,the mechanical properties of flame-retardant PMI foam were reduced,but the resistant to creep performance and flame retardant performance were greatly improved,the LOI was increased from 21 to 27.Compared with the traditional aluminum honeycomb composite material,the basalt/PMI composite panel could reduce the weight by 28%when the compressive strength was close.
