摘要
忻州窑矿材料斜井提升机是矿井安全生产的主要运输设备,担负着材料、设备出入井的重要任务。该提升机是洛阳矿山机器厂生产的单绳缠绕式单滚筒提升机,型号为JK2.5/30,由于使用年久以及该类型提升机早期的设计缺陷,导致提升机滚筒支轮与主轴之间产生了缝隙,提升机正常运转时出现滚筒异响,由于缝隙的存在,造成制动盘与盘形闸无法保证平行,巨大的制动力使制动盘出现了超标偏摆。本次改造的最大亮点是设计了一套全实用的施工工艺和剖分式支轮对轮。
The material inclined shaft hoist of Xinzhouyao mine is the main transportation equipment of mine safety production,which undertakes the important task of material and equipment entering and leaving the shaft.The hoist is a single rope winding single drum hoist produced by Luoyang mining machinery factory.Its model is JK2.5/30,Due to the long service life and the early design defects of this type of hoist,there is a gap between the drum support wheel and the main shaft of the hoist,and the abnormal drum noise occurs during the normal operation of the hoist.Due to the existence of the gap,the brake disc and disc brake can not be guaranteed to be parallel,and the huge braking force makes the brake disc appear excessive deflection.The biggest highlight of this transformation is the design of a set of practical construction technology and split type wheel set.
