摘要
为了探究不同施肥量对土壤微生物群落结构的影响,本实验通过16S rDNA序列分析及利用PCR技术,获得微生物多样性信息。结果表明,样地1施肥量大于样地2,微生物多样性也是样地1更丰富。在样地1的施肥条件下,更有利于土壤微生物群落的建立。
In order to explore the influence of different fertilization quantities on the structure of soil microbiome,this experiment obtains microbial diversity information through 16S rDNA sequence analysis and PCR technology.The results show that the fertilization amount of sample 1 is greater than that of sample 2,and the micro-biodiversity is also more abundant.Under the fertilization condition of sample 1,it is more beneficial to the establishment of soil microbiome.
