采取文献资料法、追踪调查法以及统计分析法,详细分析和探究了某省重竞技活动管理中心女子柔道队8名运动者的扫腰动作,得知扫腰动作在柔道训练与对战中是一个威胁强、得分高的技巧。在使用时,需要和其他动作结合应用,方可创造应用的机会,提升比赛的成功率。

By using the methods of literature,follow-up investigation and statistical analysis,this paper analyzes and explores the harai-goshi of 8 women judo athletes in some provincial judo team,and finds that it is a skill with strong threat and high score in judo training and competition.It needs to be combined with other actions to create chances and improve success rate.
