摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析的研究方法,从《体育之研究》这一新视野出发,对体育与健康学科教学的根本目的、认知基础、观念导向、价值体现这四个方面进行探究。研究表明:人们对“健康第一”思想的片面理解已经不能满足教学发展的要求,增强体质的教学目的被人们所误读;对教学效果表达的认知出现了偏差;在教学活动中忽视了“学生主导”的理念;在教学实践中缺乏对学生自我价值培养的引导。并通过《体育之研究》中“强筋骨、增知识、调感情、增意志”对“健康第一”指导思想进行诠释,从而构建体育与健康学科教学的教育观。
Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explores the fundamental purpose,cognitive basis,concept orientation and value embodiment of physical education and health teaching from the new perspective of Sport Research.The research shows that people’s one-sided understanding of the idea of“health first”can no longer meet the requirements of teaching development,and the teaching purpose of enhancing physical fitness is misunderstood by people.There is a deviation in the cognition of teaching effect expression.The concept of“student-led”is neglected in teaching activities.In teaching practice,there is a lack of guidance for students to cultivate their self-value.Through“strengthening physique,increasing knowledge,adjusting emotion and increasing will”in Sport Research,the guiding ideology of“health first”is interpreted,so as to construct the educational concept of physical education and health teaching.
