湖北省乒乓球裁判发展现状研究

Research on Development of Table Tennis Referees in Hubei Province

通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法等对湖北省乒乓球裁判员发展现状进行研究,通过调查得出:目前湖北省乒乓球裁判人员不断增加,质量不断提高,英语水平明显提高,考核体系相对完善。但是裁判员地区分布不够合理,年龄分布呈现两极化趋势,执裁经验不足,裁判员培训制度有待完善,比赛编排特别是电脑编排能力有待提高。根据实际情况,有针对性的提出以下建议,提高湖北省乒乓球裁判整体素质,促进乒乓球事业发展。

Using the methods of questionnaire,literature and interview,this paper studies the development status of table tennis referees in Hubei Province.The results show that:at present,the number of table tennis referees in Hubei Province is increasing,the quality is improving,the English level is obviously improved,and the assessment system is relatively perfect.However,the regional distribution of referees is not reasonable,the age distribution shows a polarization trend,the referee experience is insufficient,the training system of referees needs to be improved,and the competition arrangement,especially the computer arrangement ability,needs to be improved.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the overall quality of Hubei table tennis referees and promote the development of table tennis.
