摘要
目的:评估一款基于物联网移动家庭医生平台的医患共享式电子血压计的准确性。方法:采用Excel随机数表法抽取100例住院患者,分别应用医患共享式电子血压计与台式水银血压计检测其入院时血压,并进行对照比较,采用英国高血压协会(BHS)标准对比分析两种血压计测量结果的差异性。结果:两种血压计所测得的收缩压和舒张压的差异均无统计学意义;经BHS标准分析,两种血压计测得的收缩压和舒张压的差值在≤5 mmHg、≤10 mmHg、≤15 mmHg范围内的例数占总例数的百分比分别为70%、91%、98%和76%、94%、100%,评分等级为A,均达到BHS标准规定的医用电子血压计的等级要求,其中有2次测量的收缩压差值>15 mmHg。结论:基于物联网的医患共享式电子血压计的准确率达到了相关国际论证的精度标准,可用于普通人或患者的远程家庭医生平台模式的血压测量。
Objective:To assess the accuracy of a doctor-patient shared electronic sphygmomanometer based on mobile family doctor platform of Internet of Things(IoTs).Methods:100 hospitalized patients were randomly selected by adopting Excel random numbers table.And their blood pressures at admission were measured by doctor-patient shared electronic sphygmomanometer and desk type mercurial sphygmomanometer respectively,and the contrast and comparison were implemented.And the standard of British Hypertension Society(BHS)was adopted to analyze the difference of the measurement results of the two kinds of sphygmomanometers.Results:The differences of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure between the two kinds of sphygmomanometers were not statistically significant.According to the analysis of BHS standard,the percentages of the number of cases,which differences between the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure that were measured by the two sphygmomanometers were within the ranges that were less than and equal to 5 mmHg,less than and equal to 10 mmHg,and less than and equal to 15 mmHg,in the total number of cases were(70%,91%and 98%)and(76%,94%and 100%),respectively.And the ranking of score were A,and both of them achieved to the requirement of BHS standard for medical electronic sphygmomanometer.Among of them,the differences of systolic pressure in 2 measurements were larger than 15 mmHg.Conclusion:The accuracy rate of the doctor-patient share-based electronic sphygmomanometer based on the IoTs has reached the precision standards of relevant international demonstrations,and it can be used for blood pressure measurement in the remote family doctor platform mode of health people or patients.
