重症监护信息管理系统在护理服务中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the application effect of information management system of intensive care in nursing service

目的:探讨重症监护信息管理系统在护理服务中的应用效果。方法:采用E-care软件建立重症监护信息管理系统,对医院重症患者进行护理质量管理。选取医院收治的1 122例住院患者,按照管理方式的不同,将其分为观察组(586例)和对照组(536例),观察组应用重症监护信息管理系统进行护理质量管理,对照组采用传统护理管理和护理工作方式,对比分析两组的护理质量和护理效果。结果:观察组护理质量考核中护理文书书写正确率等6项指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x~2=24.573,x~2=24.370,x~2=28.528,x~2=19.343,x~2=28.435,x~2=51.899;P<0.05);观察组书写填单时间指标中监控参数等7项内容用时少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=396.293,t=84.276,t=106.083,t=66.141,t=73.674,t=55.199,t=104.775;P<0.05);观察组绩效及质量控制数据统计指标中工作量统计等7项内容用时少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=401.465,t=254.673,t=210.324,t=158.617,t=416.041,t=392.893,t=336.750;P<0.05)。结论:重症监护信息管理系统能够有效提高重症患者护理管理质量和护理服务的工作效率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of information management system of intensive care in nursing service.Methods:E-care software was used to establish an information management system of intensive care so as to manage the nursing quality of patients with the critically ill in the hospital.A total number of 1,122 inpatients were selected and were divided into observation group(586 cases)and control group(536 cases)according to different management mode.The observation group adopted the information management system of intensive care for the management of nursing quality,and the control group adopted traditional nursing management and nursing work mode.The nursing quality and nursing effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The 6 items including the correct rate of writing nursing documents in the nursing quality assessment indicators of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(x2=24.573,x2=24.370,x2=28.528,x2=19.343,x2=28.435,x2=51.899,P<0.05),respectively.And observation group took less time than that of control group for 7 items including monitoring parameters in writing and filling time indicators,and the differences of these indicators between the two groups were statistically significant(t=396.293,t=84.276,t=106.083,t=66.141,t=73.674,t=55.199,t=104.775,P<0.05),respectively.And the times of 7 items including workload statistics in the data statistics of performance and quality control of observation group were significantly less time than those of control group(t=401.465,t=254.673,t=210.324,t=158.617,t=416.041,t=392.893,t=336.750,P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:The information management system of intensive care can effectively improve the quality of care management of patients with critically ill and the efficiency of nursing services.
