A case of malfunction repair of MLC of Versa HD linear accelerator

分析VersaHD型直线加速器多叶准直器(MLC)联锁故障案例,了解MLC结构和联锁故障现象,对故障进行分析,逐级排查故障点,经对MLC硬件和软件分析排查后,确定故障为软件故障,恢复之前备份的MLC校准数据后其联锁故障排除,以此提高加速器设备维修能力。

To analyze the fault case of interlocking of multi-leaf collimator(MLC)of Versa HD linear accelerator,and understand the MLC structure and the failure phenomena of interlocking,and analyze the failures and gradually troubleshoot the failure points.After the hardware and software of the MLC were analyzed and troubleshot,it was determined that the fault was a software fault.After the backup calibration data of the MLC were recovered,the interlocking fault was removed.And the maintenance capability of engineers for accelerator equipment was further improved on the basis of this case.
