复方多粘菌素B软膏外敷对混合痔患者术后疼痛及创面愈合的影响

Effect of compound polymyxin B ointment on postoperative pain and wound healing in patients with mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨复方多粘菌素B软膏对混合痔患者术后疼痛及创面愈合效果的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月于本院行外剥内扎术的混合痔患者80例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组术后给予马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,观察组术后给予复方多粘菌素B软膏治疗。比较两组术后疼痛、创面愈合时间、术后水肿及不良反应状况。结果观察组术后7 d静息时及排便时视觉模拟评分(VAS)分别为(1.54±0.21)分、(2.36±0.57)分,低于对照组的(1.97±0.35)分、(3.14±0.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间为(8.14±1.82)d,短于对照组的(12.55±2.47)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7 d,观察组时水肿评分为(1.27±0.63)分,低于对照组的(1.79±0.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论复方多粘菌素B软膏外涂可有效缓解混合痔患者术后疼痛,加快创面愈合,改善肛门水肿,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound polymyxin B ointment on postoperative pain and wound healing in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent external stripping and internal ligation in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ma Yinglong musk hemorrhoids cream after operation,and the observation group was given compound polymyxin B ointment.The postoperative pain,wound healing time,postoperative edema and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)at rest and defecation on the 7th postoperative day was(1.54±0.21)scores and(2.36±0.57)scores,which were lower than that of the control group(1.97±0.35)scores and(3.14±0.63)scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was(8.14±1.82)d,which was shorter than that of the control group(12.55±2.47)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The edema score was(1.27±0.63)scores on the 7th day after operation,which was lower than that in the control group(1.79±0.76)scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of adverse reactions rates between the two groups.Conclusion Compound polymyxin B ointment can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,accelerate wound healing and improve anal edema.It is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
