超声乳化白内障摘除联合散光矫正型人工晶体植入术对白内障伴散光患者视觉质量的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with astigmatism corrected intraocular lens implantation on visual quality of patients with cataract and astigmatism

目的探讨超声乳化白内障摘除联合散光矫正型人工晶体植入术对白内障伴散光患者视觉质量的治疗效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年10月本院收治的白内障伴有散光患者46例(56眼)作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组23例(28眼)。两组患者均行超声乳化白内障摘除术合并人工晶体植入术,其中对照组植入折叠式的人工晶体,观察组植入Toric散光矫正型人工晶体,比较两组治疗前后的视力状态和散光情况。结果治疗1、3个月后,观察组远视力水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组角膜散光、总散光均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用超声乳化白内障摘除联合散光矫正型人工晶体植入术治疗白内障伴散光患者效果显著,能有效改善患者远视力,显著降低总散光程度,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with astigmatism correction intraocular lens implantation on visual quality of patients with cataract and astigmatism.Methods 46 patients with cataract(56 eyes)with astigmatism who were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 23 cases(28 eyes)in each group.Both groups underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,The control group was implanted with folded artificial crystals.The observation group implanted Toric astigmatism correction intraocular lens.The visual state and astigmatism between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The far vision level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)after one month and three months of treatment,And the corneal astigmatism and total astigmatism of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with astigmatism correction intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract with astigmatism has significant effect,which can effectively improve the patient's far vision,significantly reduce the total astigmatism degree,worthy of clinical application.
