糖化血红蛋白和血脂检测用于2型糖尿病检测中的临床价值

The clinical value of glycated hemoglobin and blood lipid detection in the detection of type 2 diabetes

目的探究糖化血红蛋白和血脂检测用于2型糖尿病检测中的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的61例2型糖尿病患者为A组,选取同期60名健康体检人群为B组。采集两组空腹状态下血标本,留取血清,测定并比较两组糖化血红蛋白及血脂含量。结果A组糖化血红蛋白含量明显高于B组(P<0.05);A组血脂中的血清TG、TC、LDL-C含量均高于B组,HDL-C含量明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论监测2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白及血脂变化水平,可为治疗方案的制定、治疗效果的评估、病情发展的预测提供重要的数据支持。

Objective To explore the clinical value of glycated hemoglobin and blood lipids in the detection of type 2 diabetes.Methods 61 patients with type 2 diabetes were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected as group A.In addition,60 healthy subjects in the same period were randomly selected as group B.Collect blood samples were from the two groups under fasting conditions,save the serum,measure and compare the glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid content of the two groups.Results The content of glycated hemoglobin in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The serum levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in group A were higher than those in group B,but the serum HDL-C content in group A was significantly lower than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Monitoring the levels of glycated hemoglobin and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes can provide important data for the formulation of treatment plans,the evaluation of treatment effects,and the prediction of disease development.
