探讨牙龈与牙槽嵴修整手术在牙齿修复中的临床效果

目的探讨牙龈与牙槽嵴修整手术在牙齿修复中的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月于本院进行牙齿修复的患者100例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组采用牙冠修复术,研究组在牙冠修复前进行牙龈与牙槽嵴修整手术。比较两组牙齿功能恢复情况与治疗效果。结果研究组修复美观、牙齿稳固、咀嚼功能、牙齿舒适度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在牙齿修复前,应用牙龈与牙槽嵴修整手术不仅能保持修复的美观,提高牙齿的舒适度,而且能提高牙齿功能,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gingival and alveolar crest modification surgery in tooth repair.Methods 100 patients who underwent dental prosthodontics in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group underwent crown prosthesis,and the study group underwent gingival and alveolar crest prosthesis before crown prosthesis.The functional recovery and therapeutic effect between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of aesthetic repair,stable teeth,masticatory function and dental comfort in the study group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Before tooth repair,the application of gingival and alveolar crest modification surgery can not only maintain the aesthetic appearance of repair,improve the comfort of teeth,but also improve the function of teeth and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.It is worthy of clinical application and should be promoted.
