装配式建筑在新农村住宅中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Prefabricated Buildings in New Countryside Housing

装配式建筑是建筑业发展的一个重要转折点,随着乡村振兴政策的逐步落实,新农村的建设成为从基层开始全方面实现建筑行业现代化的必经之路,装配式农宅的发展可以解决传统农宅自建带来的遗留问题,文章从实际出发,结合现阶段装配式农宅的自身发展,对装配式农宅现存问题进行分析,并提出可行性解决措施,为今后装配式农宅的发展提出借鉴。

Prefabricated building is an important turning point in the development of the construction industry.With the gradual implementation of the rural revitalization policy,the construction of new countryside has become the only way to realize the modernization of the construction industry in all aspects from the grass-roots level.The development of prefabricated rural house can solve the remaining problems brought by the self-construction of traditional rural house.This paper starts from the reality and combines the self-development of prefabricated rural house at the present stage,analyzes the existing problems of the prefabricated rural house,and puts forward feasible solutions,which can provide reference for the future development of the prefabricated rural house.
