城市地下空间的作用和功能为了适应城市的发展在随之改变,伴随着城市地下交通、地下商业设施的发展以及垂直立体交通的需要,地下公共空间成为各出让地块沟通联系的主要手段和区域。本文从改善地下公共空间环境条件确保安全舒适,提高地块连通性构建互联互通一体化的地下公共活动系统,借助成熟的物联网技术和应用建立可感知的智慧互动连接,以及满足人们的人文体验等方面,探讨可感知的城市地下公共空间的营造策略,建设有吸引力的地下公共空间。

In order to adapt to the development of the city,the function and effect of urban underground space are changing then.With the development of urban underground traffic,underground commercial facilities and the need of vertical three-dimensional traffic,underground public space has become the main means and region of communication and contact for each transferred land parcel.This paper elaborates from the aspects of improving the environmental conditions of underground public space to ensure safety and comfort,improving the connectivity of land parcels,building an interconnected integrated underground public activity system,establishing perceptible intelligent interactive connections with the help of mature internet of things technologies and applications,and satisfying people’s humanistic experience.
