摘要
前庭性疾病是一类以眩晕为主要表现的疾病,外科治疗对于经药物及物理治疗无效的患者具有重要意义。部分术式已得到认可,部分仍存在争议,近年来亦有新技术出现。本文就各种术式的研究进展进行综述,为治疗方式的选择提供参考。
The main symptom of vestibular disorders is vertigo.Surgical treatment is significant for those who recur after medicine or physical treatments.Some surgical methods have been wildly accepted,others still have a dispute.Recent years some new methods are put forward.This paper reviews some of these surgical methods to provide references for clinical selection.
