摘要
目的随着社会的逐渐老龄化,老年性聋的发病率越来越高,本篇综述旨在探讨老年性聋的最新发病机制、治疗及干预等,为未来的研究方向提供参考。方法在Pubmed,Web Science,Medline,中国知网,万方等数据库搜索老年性耳聋致病机制、预防的相关文献并进行系统分析、归纳总结。结果本文共引用了41篇文献资料,发现目前认为老年性耳聋的发病与线粒体代谢、慢性炎症等存在相关性,防治老年性聋可从抗衰老、抗炎、音乐训练等方面入手。结论虽然目前在老年性耳聋的发病机制、防治方面已取得很多成就,但仍任重道远;老年性聋的相关基因研究仍未能取得重大突破。
Objectives Along with increasing aging of the society,the prevalence of presbycusis is also increasing.The purpose of this review is to summarize latest findings regarding pathogenesis,treatments and interventions in presbycusis,so as to provide a basis for for future research.Methods Databases including Pubmed,Web Science,Medline,CNKI and Wanfang were searched for literatures on the pathogenesis and prevention of presbycusis,which were then systematically analyzed and summarized.Results A total of 41 studies were cited in this paper.Prevalence of presbycusis was found to be associated with mitochondrial metabolism and chronic inflammation,and its prevention and treatment of presbycusis may be started with anti-aging,anti-inflammation and music therapies.Conclusion Although many achievements have been made in the research on pathogenesis and prevention of presbycusis,much remains to be understood.There lack major breakthroughs in the study of genes related to age-related deafness.
