摘要
作为企业生产发展中的创造性因素,企业是否具备高素质人才资源至关重要。与其他所有制企业相比,国有建筑企业一直以来岗位津贴较低,员工流失问题比较严重,阻碍着企业的进一步发展。因此,在当前国有建筑施工企业经营管理中,需重视人力资源管理问题,采取有效手段留住人才,保持企业发展活力。论文简述国有建筑施工企业人力资源管理的必要性,及其员工流程现状,在分析人力资源管理存在的问题的基础上提出合理的应对策略。
As a creative factor in the development of production,it is very important for an enterprise to have high-quality human resources.Compared with other ownership enterprises,state-owned construction enterprises always have low post allowance and serious employee turnover,which hinders the further development of enterprises.Therefore,in the current operation and management of state-owned construction enterprises,it is necessary to pay attention to the problem of human resources management,take effective measures to retain talents,and maintain the vitality of enterprise development.This paper briefly describes the necessity of human resources management in state-owned construction enterprises and the current situation of the staff process,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures based on the analysis of the problems existing in human resources management.
