随着信息技术的高速发展,电商崛起对传统服装行业造成了冲击。同时近年来我国外部经济环境的不确定性增加,企业如何识别并减轻财务风险,成为广大经营者关注的焦点。美邦服饰作为我国服装行业曾经的佼佼者,近几年企业业绩表现不佳。论文基于F分数模型,对美邦服饰进行财务风险预警研究,分析其存在的财务风险,并提供一定的建议。

With the rapid development of information technology,the rise of e-commerce has impacted the traditional clothing industry.At the same time,the uncertainty of China's external economic environment has increased in recent years,and how to identify and mitigate financial risks has become the focus of attention of the majority of operators.Metersbonwe,as a former leader in China's clothing industry,has not performed well in recent years.Based on the F score model,this paper studies the financial risk early warning of Metersbonwe,analyzes its existing financial risks,and provides some suggestions.
