摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,社会生活发生了翻天覆地的变化。在日益复杂的社会环境下,企业与事业单位面临着巨大的挑战。随着我国社会的变革、法律的完善和员工权利意识的变化,劳资关系纠纷等问题日益严峻。在这种情况下,基层工会的民主管理作用受到社会的广泛关注和重视。企业与事业单位要想降低内耗、凝聚员工的力量、提高市场竞争力,就必须对基层工会的民主管理给予重视。
With the continuous development of China's society and economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,great changes have taken place in social life.In the increasingly complex social environment,enterprises and public institutions are facing great challenges.With the reform of China's society,the improvement of the laws and the change of employees'awareness of rights,disputes of industrial relations and other problems have become increasingly serious.In this case,the democratic management role of grassroots trade unions has been widely concerned and valued by the society.If enterprises and public institutions want to reduce internal friction,pool the strength of employees and improve market competitiveness,they must pay attention to the democratic management of grassroots trade unions.
