摘要
事业单位是对我国社会经济作出重要贡献的主体之一,随着我国社会经济总量的不断增长,其员工的薪资和福利待遇也随之完善。当前,不同的事业单位有着不同的薪酬体系,但有的太过于宽泛。合理的薪酬不但可以吸引更多更优秀的人才,还可以激励单位现有员工的工作热情。根据国家现如今关于事业单位改革的相关要求,需要对事业单位进行薪酬方面的改革,从而调动事业单位员工的积极性。
Public institutions are one of the main bodies that make important contributions to China's social economy.With the continuous growth of China's social economy,the salary and welfare of its employees will also be improved.At present,different public institutions have different salary systems,but some are too broad.Reasonable salary can not only attract more and better talents,but also stimulate the work enthusiasm of existing employees.According to the relevant requirements of the reform of public institutions in China,it is necessary to reform the salary of public institutions,so as to arouse the enthusiasm of employees of public institutions.
