针/齿形零件韧性测试仪设计

摘要 为提高针/齿形零件韧性性能测试指标的准确性,通过分析传统针/齿形零件韧性测试方法及存在问题,提出以实际使用状况下的断裂位移值和弹性恢复残余变形量作为针/齿形零件的韧性指标;详细介绍针/齿形零件韧性测试仪的结构、设计要点及测试方法。指出:该韧性测试仪结构简单、精度高、操作方便快捷,测试状态贴近针/齿形零件实际使用状态;能解决传统人工测试误差大、技术要求高、劳动强度大等问题,适用于测试纺织、针织及非织造行业针/齿形零件断裂位移值和弹性恢复残余变形量,并能指导生产过程质量控制、材料选用和热处理工艺。 In order to improve the accuracy of toughness testing indexes of needle/tooth parts,by analyzing the traditional toughness testing methods and its existing problems of needle/tooth parts,and the fracture displacement value and the residual deformation of elastic recovery under actual service condition are proposed as the toughness indexes of needle/tooth parts.The structure,design points and test methods of the toughness tester for the needle/tooth parts are introduced in detail.It is pointed out that the toughness tester has the advantages of simple structure,high precision,the operation is convenient and fast,and the test state is close to the actual state of needle/tooth parts.The toughness tester can solve the problems of large error,high technical requirements and labor intensity of traditional manual testing,and it is suitable for testing the fracture displacement value and the residual deformation of elastic recovery of needle/tooth parts in textile,knitting and nonwovens industries.It also can guide the quality control of production process,material selection and heat treatment process.
