适应高速高产纺纱用塑料筒管的性能与结构探讨

摘要 为了提升纺纱用塑料筒管性能,适应纺织厂高速高产要求,以三友塑业为例,介绍在原材料、磨具、装备、后加工处理方面所做的改进与提升;根据纺纱工艺重新设计筒管卷绕形状,并通过试纺合理解决跳管、牢锭、振程增大和挡车工操作不顺畅等问题。指出:做好原料优选和设备保障等基础工作,提高纺纱用塑料筒管的精度和性能,改进卷绕形状后的筒管卷装容量大、振程稳定,落纱次数、断头数及能耗均减少;改进后的筒管一落纱可约纺6.0 km纱线,延长纺纱时间约为40 min,纱线断头由3~4根下降为约2根,纱线留头率大于99%,1台车一落纱可节约电能0.5 kW•h^0.8 kW•h,有效解决了筒管变形、损坏以及使用寿命缩短等问题。 In order to improve the performance of plastic bobbins for spinning,and meet the high-speed and high-yield requirements of textile enterprises,taking Zhejiang Sanyou Plastic Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example,the improvement and promotion in raw materials,mould,equipments and post-processing are introduced.According to the spinning process,the bobbin winding shape is redesigned,and through trial spinning,the problems such as bobbin beating,spindle sticking,vibration range increasing and unsmooth operation of workers are solved reasonably.It is pointed out that the basic work of raw material optimization and equipment guarantee should be done well to improve the precision and performance of plastic bobbins for spinning,after the improvement of the winding shape,the bobbin has large capacity and stable vibration range,and the number of doffing,broken ends and energy consumption are reduced.The improved bobbin can spin about 6.0 km yarn per doffing and prolong the spinning time for about 40 min,reduce the yarn broken ends from 3~4 to about 2,and the yarn retention rate is more than 99%.One spinning frame in one doffing can save energy from 0.5 kW•h to 0.8 kW•h,which can effectively solve the problems of bobbin such as deformation,damage and the shortened service life.
